Classes

We are here to make yoga and wellness accessible to all. Because of this, we have a pay-as-you-can structure for regular classes. Classes are donation-based with a suggested donation of $10 per class. This suggestion is based on market value of yoga and wellness classes in the area.

Sound Healing

Monday Evenings at 7:00 p.m. with Nathan Taylor. Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses various sound frequencies from Tibetan singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve physical and mental well-being. It is based on the principle that everything in the universe is made up of energy and vibration, and that sound can be used to balance and harmonize this energy.

Evening Flow

Tuesday Evenings at 7:00 p.m. with Julie Clendenny. Explore practices of gratitude, joy, and wonder supported through complete breathing and classic yoga postures. Dynamic movement coupled with stillness and intentional breathing will guide you into balance, strength and flexibility of body, mind and spirit.

Lunchtime Meditation

Wednesday Afternoons at 12:15 p.m. with Mary Ann Huff and Andrea Phillips. Learn basic meditation practice and have an opportunity to explore different meditations at each class. No experience needed. Come sit with us! 

Pilates

Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. with Jenett Rice. Exercise that focuses on precise, controlled movements rather than racing to do jumping jacks! Pilates incorporates the concept of strengthening all of your movements as they are connected to one powerful core.

Grief and Loss Support Group 

Second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. with Andrea Phillips (Clinical Psychologist) with the support of Anna Walters and Amy Anderson. All adults are welcome at any point in the grief process. If you feel ready, this is a safe place to talk about your grief experience. If you'd rather listen, there is no requirement to talk and we encourage you to come too!

Zentangle

Watch the Facebook page for upcoming offerings with Daryle Coleman, CZT. Learn the creative, meditative practice of pen and ink drawing to express your hidden creative side. Tangles and techniques will be taught to cover all abilities and experience!


A waiver form is required for new participants. Those under 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian signature. It’s recommended to arrive early or bring a completed form with you to class.
