Upcoming Workshop:
Sciatic Nerve Relief with Terri Atkinson on Saturday, April 12th from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Cost is $25. Registration is required.
Learn gentle movements and yoga postures to tease out tightness and take pressure off the sciatic nerve. Participants will start on their back in a supine position in order to relieve the pull of gravity during the movement and allow the femur to rotate freely in the hip joint. Moving through gentle positions, participants will work their way to an upright position and end with a series of standing poses that help rebuild strength and contraction into the muscular area around the outer hips and legs.
